As far as I know, Scotty does NOT rebuild engines.
IMO, you should just swap in a junkyard unit...

The cost of labour to rebuild an engine is more than the cost of replacement, and certainly more than the value of your vehicle.

Scotty is a multi millionaire. I do not think he needs the money that badly. 😀
I don’t think he really fixes cars for the money anymore
