What's good everyone. 2001 Honda Civic LX 5-Speed this is my focus now but ever since I got the car back September 2019 the passenger side window doesn't roll down when button is pressed all you can hear is the motor makin the sound so in order to get the window to come down is 2-3 taps on the button then lightly punch or push it and it comes down but it's basically off track so when I lightly punch/push the window I can roll the window up and down without it falling down into the door panel can even roll it all the way down however rolling it back up results in it being stuck so its a redo 2-3 taps window button then lightly punch/push it. Ultimate Graphics and Tint has given me a deal because the tint is damaged from the window falling down into the door panel they'll replace the tint for free which I'm going darker 20% all windows so I'm paying for a new tint job but what could be the cause of the window situation?
The window regulator mechanism is worn out. Order a new one and replace.
Bet
bet?
Yeah if you’re a betting man, you’re on the wrong forum..
Turned out that's what it was the regulator
@InThrustWeTrust @MountainManJoe Lol you guys "bet" is modern slang for "thanks". Wow...I still feel "hip". {black}
Honestly, me neither. It just came about and when I first started hearing it, I was just as confused. They say in 30 years the English language will be totally different than it is now. At this rate they're probably right. Lol.
I will just smile and nod lol
What in the..?!
