Hey, I have a Honda Civic 2013 4 door and I need to get my windhsield replaced. Should I get it done by the honda delearship?

I had my windshield replaced in my 1999 Ranger after a rock cracked it. I have full coverage. I used Safelite, and it's never leaked.

No. Find a good glass shop. (The dealer would most likely farm the work out and mark it up.)

99% of the time, the dealer will just outsource it to a speciality windshield shop, and charge you a middleman dealership fee. I recommend getting OEM windshield if possible.
