Hey scotty my father's volvo s60 wipers are broken and wants to know if he can use other wiper blades on the car.

Wiper blades are disposable and can be replaced. For wiper arms and other hard parts, try Rock Auto, Parts Geek or a dealer.
Might be time to nix rock auto, a-m is much better, 10 year warranty & free return shipping on all parts. 1a isn't bad, just the shipping if buying off their site vs their ebay store (I usually check both prices, sometimes there's a $10-$20 difference).
Gave rock a shot, got the part but it was missing the seals,etc advertised in the description twice. Buying the stuff to replace what was supposed to be included cost more than the part itself.
Since I couldn't contact customer service, paypal had to get them talking both times. What ended up happening was they'd send out one replacement still missing what was supposed to be included & after that they ignored me so paypal just stopped payment on them.

The car is ruined, very rare item.
Go with beam style silicone blades when you replace them, I've had the same set on two trucks so far.
