good evening I have a 2015 Volvo S 60 I purchased brand new right next wiper blades I had a meeting for three weeks if not more the first time I put them on they said it will give me streaks I just saw you to buy another pair this time I bought Michelin wiper blades they’re also giving me streaks but now they’re squeaking do I need to use at the market or OEM wiper blades

Sounds like it's not the wiper blades but the crud on your windshield. Give it a good cleaning with vinegar/dishsoap/water mix and some newspaper. Then apply RainX.
