2007 crown vic police interceptor

Hey Scottie, the wrench light on my 2007 crown victoria police interceptor, only comes on when I go over 60 mph and go below 50mph, if I restart the car it goes off and does not come on until I go over 60mph. But when this happens the shifts are a little harder, not much, very little, and fixes it self when its restarted. I have change both of the transmission speed control shifter sensor, spark plugs (had oem, very worn down) with autolite iridiums, and replace the coils with street fires from msd (felt better then the cheap autopart store ones) This fault whas happening before I replace does parts, but did not fix them. When the mecanic plugs the obdII no fault is recorded. Took it to transmision shop, and they what to rebuild the transmission. I told then, if it is a mechanical problem, How come, when I restarted the fault goes away! They whent silent and only look at them selfs. Hope you can help me! Thank for everything! Get you an elm scan and download the free forscan (ford) software.  Watch the data yourself while it happens...and stay away from that trans shop...
