Scotty… I ❤️ Your show!!! I’m from Newport, RI (poor side of the tracks) so recognized when you were out In Portsmouth.
Any way… this is my 2nd Volvo XC 70 that has a leak in the passenger side when it rains (I’m in the Bay Area now). My 2003 didn’t have any electrical issues but the 2005’is starting to. The ignition will stay on, the blower fan will quit and the ABS light & passengers airbag sensor will come on.
last week it drove fine and then would t start for 6 hours and then miraculously did. I’ve checked every fuse but don’t know about relays and did it check the fuse box underneath the drivers or passengers? Side
please advise as it’s a minimum of $500 to diagnose by a Volvo specialist
Check all the door seals as well as the door drains. Also check the sunroof drain tubes if you have one. The water messes with the electronics and your car acts up.
