Should I buy a 4 owner Rx350?

I have been going back and forth with the owner of this 2013 Rx350 it has 100k i brought the car to my mechanic lifted it up it needs 2 rear shocks and tires there didn't seem to be any codes my mechanic said he  looked into the oil fill port and it looked clean , no dings he is firmly set on $15,000  I tried to offer him $14.500 he said no  I looked at the carfax no accidents. Wanted to get scottys input on 4 owners??

Was there any evidence that codes had been cleared? Were all I/M status monitors in a "ready" state?

I looked at the carfax no accidents.

You can't count on that.

Four owners in 12 years sounds like a red flag.
