Scotty - I've finally started looking at buying used cars as a challenge and less of a burden via your help. You have heavily alluded to, but not fully outright said to, unload crapper cars on others while they somewhat still work in some of your videos. That seems like a used car sale normalcy in the industry that is somewhat untruthful. It seems like the good buys never last long enough to have time for a mechanic's inspection or the good mechanics I know are booked out so far I can't use them for an inspection. I just bought a used vehicle without a mechanics inspection and found a few issues with it and talked the seller down because of knowledge I picked up because of your videos. Thanks.
There are always good and bad buys out there. Buying a used car blindly without a professional opinion comes with it's own risk. The question is how much risk you are willing to take.
