Hello, a car of a friend has this weird problem with the e brake, It is a Opel/Vauxhall Corsa 2004, he says when he is driving and turning the e brake slowly engages, what could cause this problem?

Wow! If it's not electronic and it has a steel cable, the cable is probably binding and when your corner it grabs. But if it has an electronic key break, all bets are often can be anything with electronic systems
