| Hello Scotty I wanted to get your opinion I’m looking to get a second car I’m really into sport coupes particularly Japanese’s cars I was considering getting either a 2003 Infiniti g35 with a 6 speed manual 100,000 miles or less or getting a new Infiniti Q60 red sport with an automatic transmission which one do you think would be better or should I avoid both models? and if so what would you recommend in terms of sport coupes thanks | |||||

| Ok avoid the Nissans Muranos, they are kinda junky vs the Infiniti and Acura which are superior. Me being a fan of older Infinitis, I would tell you to buy the FX SUV even though they may not be as reliable or cheap to maintain as the Acura, despite the decent aftermarket for the FX SUVs (personally because of the fact that Acura refuses to put timing chains on their V6 engines vs Infiniti that uses it, so no need to worry about stupid belt services on the Infiniti, and I personally hate timing belts, and the Infiniti is more fun, has more soul and character ... | |||||

| I would avoid the G37. Though this is open to discussion, I think its too powerful. But also, Infinitis generally fall apart around 120k 140k miles so it wouldn't last you long enough. You would be better off with something like a Corolla, or Civic. If you need some sportiness, Civic SI or Acura TL would be the farthest I would go. | |||||

| 2006 g35 Coupe Hello! I drive a g35 Infiniti with no codes 150k miles. I just wanted to know if anyone here has experienced my issues. I recently changed all 4 sides brakes pads and calipers. Everything was greased correctly, torque to spec. But when im driving and i brake, it sounds like the caliper is loose from the front. I've changed just about all the front suspension. Shocks, ball joints control arms wheel bearings, tie rods literally just about everything, because of the same noise its currently doing. so i wanted the car to ride great and after 4 mo ... | |||||
