I have a 01 Dodge Ram 1500 WS 4x2 3.9. Yesterday, I noticed at 65 mph my rpm stay at 4000. It doesn’t seem it wants to upshift and has no check engine light on or throwing a code. Please help I love my work truck and praying it’s not the trans.

We didn't get your mileage, but judging just from the age, it probably is your trans.
Did you check to make sure there is enough trans fluid in it? Is it clean? Have you been servicing the trans on time (fluid + filter)
The fluid & filter is about all a driver has control over. Just about everything else is sealed up inside and requires taking the trans out. If everything is fine with the fluid, then you'll have to take it to an expert, but I would expect the worst.
