02 Accord, issues after hitting water

Hello- I've got an 02 Accord 3.0 V6 with 260K miles. I hit a big puddle about the height of the curb the other night and now my engine is having a hard time staying running. It will start fine but the idle gradually goes down and it starts serging again. Sometimes there is a dead spot when revving/accelerating it too, almost like its getting too much air/not enough fuel. This issue is intermittent, sometimes it will run perfect. The air filter was dry and theres no sign water ever got into the intake manifold. I didn't see any vacuum lines that could have been knocked off either. No new codes, just 2 existing O2 sensor codes. What electronics/wiring or anything else could I have damaged? Thanks!

Heres a video of it doing it: https://youtu.be/J0ohJcCsA4c
It starts running rough at 1:00 and I start revving a little and hitting the dead spots at 1:33.

Well water and electricity do not mix so you're going to have to check all the wiring harnesses on plug them all the connectors see if water is intruded all the sensors that may have gotten wet and everything electronic.
