At 10 mph the speedometer shows 100 mph and the car will shut off. I have had it to several Ford dealerships, paid out the money but the problem was not fixed. I changed cluster panel and still the same. Can you help me, PLEASE?

My truck is not a 4 wheel drive and the engine shuts down completely.
It should not matter. Start checking the speed sensor readings with a scan tool.
