I have a consistent P0302/P0300 Misfire code on my 6 cylinder 03 Alero. It has 125,300 miles.
On a cold Startup it has a low idle and has a very noticeable misfire. However, when warmed up, the car surges and misfires consistently. I’ve replaced, Ignition coils, Sparks plugs, wires, and Ignition Module. EGR was recently replaced as well. There’s a constant ticking noise but goes away when above 2000rpm and/or 40mph. Cranks fine every time and always turns over.
I’m at a loss on why it’s still shaking and low idling. I’ve cleared the codes after each repair and the cylinder 2 and multi-misfire keep coming back. Any suggestions?
