I Have a 2003 Ford F150 With the 5.4 V8 It Has a Cylinder 7 Misfire I Changed the Plug Coil Pack and It Will Go Away For A While Than Come Back And I Change the Plug and It Will Go Away For a While .

Do you get any codes with a scan tool?

The Code I Got With A Scan Tool Was PO307 Which Means Cylinder 7 Misfire
