03 Ford Expedition starts but stalls and trys to die. Any idea on what that could be?

many things can do that always start with the basics spark plugs air filter fuel filter often that will fix the problem
If not then you could have the fuel injectors cleaned you could check the fuel pump pressure you could check for vacuum leaks but always start basic

My bet is fuel starvation.

Starts and stalls, Hot? Cold? All the time hot or cold?
Coolant Temperature Sensor.
Idle Air Control.
Dirty throttle plate.
Dirty MAF sensor wire.
Throttle position sensor.
I love to tug and wiggle wiring harnesses and sensor pig tales. Solved a lot of problems just doing that, and it doesn't take much time to do.
