Hi Scotty I’m 19 years old and recently slid off the road with my 350z after that my car makes a poping noise in the front when I take a turn and there is no check engine light I don’t know what it is or what to do thanks in advance

Well you probably damaged your suspension, take it to a good mechanic and have it looked at.
