The code P0172 came on while driving in the freeway at around 75mph. That's what is stored when I checked with an OBD2. It's been happening all year. I've changed the MAP, Camshaft position sensor, VVT solenoid, Fuel filter, and the fuel pressure regulator valve. It's still happening... I've used fuel injector cleaner that has PEA and I check the air filter which is fine. Throttle body is also clean and got new spark plugs. Any ideas why it's causing that code?

Please see the following.  This is usually caused by a dirty and leaking fuel pressure regulator which gets replaced.

Found what was causing the issue. It was a vacuum leak in the manifold intake. Another thing I changed was the catalytic converter. Putting it out here just in case someone else is having the same issue as me
