Howdy all! My 04 accord has this weird noise coming from the engine bay and I can’t seem to pinpoint it to save my life. I’ve scoured the internet looking for someone that has had a similar issue but I’ve had zero luck.

An inexpensive mechanic's stethoscope might help you pinpoint the location of that high pitch noise.
I wasn't able to get the video to play but a high-pitched noise from the engine bay is frequently caused by a worn bearing in a fan belt pulley or belt-driven accessory. It would be no surprise on a 20-year-old car if most or all of that stuff is original.
Unfortunately I only watch YouTube video so if you could put that on YouTube video I'd watch it. Not the pinpoint engine noises on those. Remove the fan belts and pray the noise goes away showing it's alternator, water pump or something. But if the noise stays then it is an internal engine noise and generally that's extremely expensive to fix
