what could be the problem? My dashboard on my 2004 ford explorer doesn't turn on or light up except for the speedometer, and the High beam indicator is always on even when the high beams are off. I replaced the dashboard and fuses but still doesn't work. please help!!

Check the relays and wiring within the dashboard.
