My oil filter blew off my truck got that buttoned up and running then I lose oil pressure... I've changed oil pressure sensor, installed manual oil gauge, and even changed my oil pump, 700$ later my truck wont start. What do you think is going on?

Does it try to turn over or do you get nothing at all when you turn the key? Do you happen to know how long it ran without a filter?
