05 Ford F-150 5.4L XLT 4 Door
{black}:blushed: My RPM and or Idle is acting up!
1. RPM revs up and down on hwy after 15 mins of driving - w/no Check Engine Light coming on : (
2. It also Shuts Off at Stop Signs or whenever I’m Reversing because of #1

Change the fuel filter and pressure test the fuel pump.

Consider also cleaning or replacing the injectors. As @yaser indicated, it's probably a fuel system issue.
