05 mustang convertible v6

first off love your channel and welcome to TN. So my question I have an 05 mustang convertible v6 manual trans with 162000 miles the engine has a strange sound under strain it’s kinda a grumbling sound hard to explain but does not do it idle/revving. Any ideas?
