Hey, Scotty!
I own a 2010 Chevrolet cobalt SS sedan that has 236,000 kilometres. I’ve owned this car for just over a year now and it has started to develop a problem on startup.
every-time I start it up on a hill it tends to bog out and feel like it’s about to shut off but after a couple seconds it goes back to normal and runs fine! It only happens on hills and has never happened on flat ground.
I scanned the car with a OBD scanner and it has a code for P2270 signal stuck lean sensor 2 but the car is straight piped! Would that have anything to do with it?

Your car runs lean since it does not get enough fuel. Change the fuel filter and pressure test the fuel pump.
