Hey Scotty, I have a 2006 chevy impala SS with the 5.3L V8 and a 4T65E-HD transmission and I have no reverse. I have all my forward gears but no reverse. I only have reverse when the trans is cold but when the car warms up I have no reverse. I have changed the filter and fluid and it still won't work. I do not want to pay 2k to have my tranny rebuilt, what are your recommendations? Should I use lucas trans fix or will that not help?

It probably won't bring reverse back, and it might even make things worse.
What is my best option?
Is there any cheap fixes?
you can try asking a transmission specialist if he has any good ideas, but but most likely he'll tell you that you need a new transmission.
