Just changed clutch master cylinder now I got crank no start. 268,000 miles I deliver pizza. Oil seems to be coming out of bolts on top engine,

It sounds like you may have disturbed some wiring while installing the clutch master. Assuming engine is otherwise OK it's going to come down to either no fuel or no spark. You can determine which by spraying some starting fluid into the engine air intake and cranking. If the engine fires briefly you have spark.
Depending on where the oil you're seeing is actually coming out it may be a bad valve cover gasket.
