Hey Scotty, I recently replaced my 5.4L 3valve in my 07 F250 with 195,000 miles. Since starting the new engine I’m getting P0155 bank 2 sensor 1 heater circuit codes every time I start the engine. If I clear code then start engine, I dont get any code until I restart again.
I replaced both upstream O2 sensors (NTK brand) and still getting same code. Could it be the PCM going out? I have checked the harness for pinched or bare wires also.

Change O2 sensors first. If the O2 sensors don’t fix it, you are going to need new catalytic converters. Make sure you get Motorcraft O2 sensors.

You can buy Motorcraft o2 sensors but don't waste the extra money. They are made by bosch.
Look at the live data on a scanner and start probing
