Scotty my dads 07 avalanche is Rusting on the rear driver side door He kept it clean and always hand wash it and wax it and When it becomes dusty from 30 miles of driving he would dust it off with a duster and the next day with a CLEAN rag he washes it every time it got rained on it as soon as the raid stops he will wash and dry it by hand what can he do?

Take it to a body shop and have it fixed. Make sure the drain hole is clear.
