Speedometer going haywire and cruise control not wanting to work and the light goes off and light behind dash flickering. Bad sensor?

For the flickering issue, either the gauge cluster is faulty or the connections behind the gauge cluster are bad.
The cruise control and speedometer might be due to the sensor but you need to find out first before replacing the speed sensor. Scotty has a vide on that.
