07 Honda Civic SI - All Three Brake Lights Not Working... rear bumper cover recently replaced after being bumped... #12 fuse (15amp) is good... what should I be checking next? Thanks.

Just a wild guess here, but you might check operation of that 18-year-old brake light switch.
@chucktobias ... thanks. Replaced the switch, and lights work properly. However, now when car is driven the brakes seem to be always on. Brake lights do not remain on.
That appears to be a different issue. Post a new topic about it, with a clear and concise description of the problem, its symptoms, and troubleshooting done so far.
