I have a 2007 toyota tundra v6 120000 miles that I bought six months ago. About three month ago, I notice that when i startup my truck the hear a clunking noise at last for less than a second. The truck is running great with no issue other than the noise.

Off in the variable valve timing will make a little noise like that rattling as long as it goes away quickly most guys live with it cuz you have to take the engine apart to repair it and if you have high mileage that could be a lot of other things you'd have to replace too if you take the engine apart
