I've got a 2007 Yukon XL. The only vents working in this vehicle are the defrost ones, heat and AC work. On the climate control I can select the fan to blow higher and lower, but when selecting other vents, floor or on the dash they do not work, just keeps blowing out of the defrost vents. Note: I replaced the HVAC Climate Control Computer a few years ago.
I replaced the Blower Motar Control Module and the Heater Blend Door Actuator. (Plus I tried programming the actuator). Still it does not work.
What else could it be? (Blend door?)

the vent selector is typically vacuum actuated on GMs. So you could have a leaky or broken vacuum source anywhere from the engine intake to your control panel. The vacuum tank could be cracked too. The actuators can go out too.
