Replaced my ALT tonight. The tensioner was tuff to move, I got the belt off, but trying to get the belt back on and the tensioner broke. The molded nut just snapped off. It looks like the tensioner assembly is held on with a bolt thru one pulley. It reverse threaded? That bolt is super tight.

The bolts that bolt the pulley assembly into the engine are normal right hand threads but often the bolt that holds just the bearing assembly of the fully on is reverse thread but really I only advise replacing the entire tensioner assembly
