Let's say I had to chose between ram promaster, Ford transit, Nissan NV and Mercedes benz v6 engines. All 2020/2021. Who in recent years makes the best v6 out of those 4 makers? And should I or should I not get the ecoboost?
My personal bet would be on the Nissan NV. Those 4.0 v6's from the VQ family's of Nissan engines are pretty solid and simple. Naturally aspirated and normal port fuel injection (no GDI). The Eco boost engines can burn oil prematurely due to all that extra pressure in the combustion chamber.
Ecoboost Ford engines especially the v6 are really really bad. Stay away from it Scotty said they can start having problems very early on. Ram Promaster has junk Fiat transmission, ford transit is actually Turkish.

Are the Turkish good at building? And I think fiat is german?
Fiat is Italian and the companies' products are junk. The Turkish are OK at building but even if it was built in Japan or Germany the Ram ProMaster's are piles of junk. Ford Transit's are alright and the Turks are ok at it. Just stay away from any Fiat/Dodge/Ram Product.
