I am considering a 2009 Hummer H2 Wagon. It has 169k miles, sold by a dealer.

It is from back east. The rust is not horrible, but would need to be addressed. I test drove it and crawled underneath. I had asked before coming out on the condition of AC abs drive train.... Said no issues.  I scanned for codes... Had none... Underneath was leaking bad from I believe fron the rear main seal and the AC was not cold...

I asked if it was something the would fix or if it was on me? They do have a service contract with a local mechanic that offers in the first 30 days any repairs to the vehicle are 50% off and anything after 30 days is 25% off both parts and labor.

After being under the vehicle and finding the oil leak I also looked at all the front suspension all of which I would prefer to remove everything clean all the structural parts and use a rust inhibitor and clean up the frame and then replace with all new aftermarket suspension parts.
