Hi master 53
Have civic lx 2012 ,the pads come with 6 shims one outside two inside do I add grease at two places on the shim
One to shim/pad then add grease too the second shim and mate together of inside pad as shown in honda drawing
The pads I got is ceramic ( honda using ceramic replacing semi metallic ) old pads is semi metallic do I replace the rotors cause of the ceramic pads or am I ok With current rotor on car

You will be just fine using the ceramic pads on the stock rotors. It will not cause a problem whatsoever.
