My 2019 rogue sport has 138k miles on it. When I went for a oil change they wanted to do a tune up and cvt fluid flush. My question is has to be What would you recommend? As I don't know what was done before 116k

Nissans have crappy CVTs and they get dirtier more quickly than conventional automatics. I wouldn't risk it, the previous owners probably bought into the idea that you never need to service the transmission. Also, don't flush your car's transmission.
