I just bought a 1966 Ford Falcon Sedan with 37000 miles that has been sitting since 2008. What should I do to get it started? Should I change the transmission fluid?

At a minimum after sitting for 11 years you're going to have to clean out the fuel system since it will be all gummed up. All fluids and rubber parts will be suspect, brake system will likely have deteriorated.
