1985 suzuki Samuri
Went to start. Panel lit and engine cranked once then all electrical died. No lights, horn, no crank no start. Checked battery and was frozen from cold weather.
replaced battery, positive cable , infusible link and starter relay . The only thing that works is winch on front. Still no crank no start. Battery is grounded. Ignition switch has continuity . 20 amp fuse second stage from positive battery under passenger dash good.
no power to fuse box . Stumped
