2014 Toyota Sienna 160000 miles just had oil change 0w20 oil. Egnie sounds like ppssible lifters knocking. But im not a mechanic and l'm new to Toyota . Should I be worried or is it normal for a van this age with this many miles? Is there something preventative that I can do?

A lot of things can make noises. Exhaust manifold gasket leaks and noisy injectors can sound like valve tap. A heavy knock is an indication of something more serious. If you can provide a video demonstrating the noise that may give us an indication of what it might be.
