I have a 1991 Toyota Previa - my coolant reservoir tank keeps leaking - not just to the low line - but a little below the low line. I haven't had any overheating issues yet - but how can I address this issue?

When you say it’s leaking, can you identify the leak visually? Or do you mean it’s losing coolant?
If it’s the latter, start with changing your radiator cap (buy a new one). Also, pressure test the radiator and check all the hoses, thermostat & water pump for any leaks.

I couldn't identify a leak so I guess it would be losing coolant.

29 yo... trade and replace as a repair would be more than it's worth (most likely). And there's more repairs coming since 29 yo.
