Hello my NSX makes a ticking tapping noise when first started, and when not gassing it enough
It used to not be like this and started at 220,000 miles recently.

Check your exhaust manifold for looseness and cracks. Remove the belts and spin the pulleys on the alternator, water pump, ac and power steering to see if the bearings are going bad.
