I have replaced spark plugs, plug wires, ignition coils, fuel filter, and swapped the ecu on my 1992 Lexus sc400. The car sounds like it has aftermarket cams in it when it’s idling (it does not) and makes very little power under load. What should I try next?

Clean the MAF sensor, ICV valve, and throttle body. Have you pressure test the fuel line?
