Scotty my mechanic can’t figure out why my 1993 Toyota Camry won’t start any ideas?

You don't say if it is a no crank no start or a crank no start. If it is a no crank no start see if it is getting power. If it isn't then it is probably the battery. If it is then it is probably the starter. If it is a crank no start then do what is in the video.
