1994 chev 2500 4x4 gas mileage

hi, Scotty, i have a stock 1994 chevy 350 vortec engine, how can I improve the gas mileage? The engine is replaced with a factory crate engine same a original, but the fuel system is original. Will dual exhaust help? Or what can do?
