Low mile no mile car - good purchase?

Hey scotty my name is Jack. I’m 26 years old from Michigan and recently bought one of my semi-tiered dream vehicles being a Subaru station wagon from the first / second  generation with low miles no miles slogan. I recently bought a 2007 Subaru Forester rust free with a manual at 19,300 miles here in my state after looking for a unicorn for the last two months across the U.S. This one however was for sale 3 miles away from where I lived and after a pre purchase inspection, it was found via 3rd party mechanic shop that it needed ball joints and axle seals. Optionally I also added in a fluid flush for the coolant with the power steering and the brakes with car came brand new as well as an oil change with a few other things. The last thing found on the car I decided to fix optionally yet heavily recommended was the timing belt / water pump kit since it was older than 9-10+ years old but so far I’ve been loving my subie. If we could do a video sometime I’d be more than happy to bring the car down for you to check it out in your state. Love your videos and I think this would be an interesting pick for the car to be show cased somehow. Carfax states its had two owners (one family owner) with a clean title, no accidents and OEM condition no mods. I have no plans to mod it or alter it one bit as I’ve heard these cars can last a long time as long as they are maintained (no signs of any leaks or head gasket leaks at all yet lol)Any food for thought is appreciated and thank you so much for your content over the years.

- Sincerely, Jack B.
