1994 f150 5.0 , the light that looks like a guy sitting at the steering wheel with airbag, it flashes 5 times then flashes 3 times. My truck has 189,000 original miles. What does this mean and what would be the fix. Thanks so much for your help
What does the flashing guy at the steering wheel with airbag mean? It flashes 5 times then 3 times. I have a 94 f150 with a 5.0 engine with 189,000 miles.

Well, that's code 53 which means a problem with the throttle position sensor or the wiring or the computer that's applies it with electricity
