My Celica has sporadic idling when I first start it up but its fine after a few minutes. Is it dirty gasoline? Also the idle revs are running at about 1200, how do I lower it?

Do you have any vacuum leaks? Does your IAC valve need cleaning? What kind of shape are your 28-year-old fuel injectors in? How old are your air and fuel filters and is fuel pressure up to specification?
