I’ve got a 1995 Mustang 5.0 automatic transmission with 150k miles, coolant was disappearing from the coolant reservoir tank but not the radiator, i did a block test, no exhaust fumes in the coolant, i replaced the reservoir tank but the coolant is still disappearing. What could be the issue?

Pressure test your cooling system.
